//EDIT//
Moderator Cassielle asked for her post to be added to the top of this post. Which is hereby done:
Had a crash or a fatal content error and want to get your unity logs? Here's what you do!
First, make sure not to refresh or click "End program" -- it's important that your Unity Web Player is still running!
Open a Windows Explorer window, and type in "%TEMP%\UnityWebPlayer\log\" (don't type in the quotes!) in the addressbar, and hit enter. Copy any log_randomlongstringhere and manager_randomlongstringhere files to somewhere to keep them safe, then attach them to your ZenDesk report!
\\EDIT\\
This is how.
Note: Ignore that im using the Nightly browser and havnt enabled the Unity Web Player.
I will make a bug submission for the fake bug that the Unity WP isnt working on my platform.
That looks like this:
Bug noticed
Click the "report bugs /suggestions" button to bottom left of the game screen.
Notice the marked login/signup area.
Fill in the form with the relevant info. give as much info in as few precise words as you can.
If there is a need for attaching a screenshot or more, do so at the bottom of the form. Notice: there is a 2 megabyte single file limit. Each file cant be over 2 megabytes.
Now just press "Submit"
And you will get this screen.
You will now receive a submission confirmation email.
Which looks like this in gmail.
And that will be that, if there is response to your question, you will get an email back. and you can then respond directly at the indicated spot in the email
If however your submisison is accepted as is. You wont get an email.
