MOBAGE TRANSFER

Hi guys

We have now started the process of taking back The Gate from Mobage so it no longer needs to access their servers.
This only affects mobile users.

So when you see this picture...

Choose MOBAGE TRANSFER and follow the instructions.
WARNING, you only have around 8 or 9 days to do this transfer.

EDIT: It says "The email or nickname is already taken." I double-checked and I used the same email/username/password combo that I use to play The Gate. But is it unable to transfer 'cos I play other (DeNA) games with the same account/email combination?

How could my email be already taken in your internal system if we haven't previously used the said system to log in?

what the?! i registered my email address and now i can't use it for that mobage transfer. how do i recover my save account?

Certainly hope that we could expect a lot better performance than what iOS users have been forced to stomach of late.. or will it be worse? Worried now!!

An extra note too, when logging in with your NEW details, you need to use your email address you registered, NOT Username as the box tells you to.

Email or nickname already taken? How do you transfer your account and how can it already be taken?

When I log in with my existing account, I start this game whole again... What whould I do? What happen there's nothing about how inserting my own account information to new one putting 'new email address and username' at Mobage transfer

If it's already taken just use new details.
You probably took it yourself when setting up this very spicyworld account you're using now.
