A Tutorial on Butterfly valentino uk Kicks My name is Robert Weeks. I'm a Mixed Martial Artist. Today, I'm at Main Event Sports Club and I'm going to be teaching you a butterfly kick tutorial. Okay, guys, butterfly kick is a, is not a very easy kick. It's probably a medium to an advanced style of Martial Arts kick. What you're going to want to do is you're going to want to first off make sure that you properly stretch out. Also make sure that you have a pretty good amount of energy into you, you're not too tired, you're not sick or anything, you're very healthy. You're also going to want to make sure you have about anywhere from 50 to 60 square feet of room to practice this exercise as you are going http://www.valentinoshoessale.co.uk/ to be flailing around a lot of arms and a lot of legs and cause a lot of damage. So, make sure there's a lot of room around you first off. Okay guys, what you're going to pretty much want to do is you're going to want to center yourself. You're going to want to make sure that you are pretty much nice and relaxed. You're going to generate a lot of power before you actually start your kick. The power you generate in the beginning is going to be very important about how you generate your butterfly kick. What I would like to do is I would like to start from one end; I like to put both of my arms in front of me. I will extend them then to the left side of my body. As I do that, I'm actually going to keep them together and I'm going to pretend like I'm swinging a golf club, except the golf club is let's say three inches tall. So, I'm going to get my arms all the way down to the ground, so to speak; all the way from my left side. So, it could be like a batter, swinging a bat, except you're swinging at the ball that's all the way on the ground. So, after I make this movement, I'm then going to go ahead and kick my back foot all the way high as I can get it. Because I already generated my movement, when I go to kick up my leg, my leg is going to have to fall the rest of my body. So, that's what generates the butterfly kick. So, once my left leg has been flailed up in the air, my body has already created enough inertia to create my spin. Once you've committed your left foot to the air and you've already committed to your swing, the inertia itself is going to spin your body around, your left foot already being in the air. The only movement you have to do at this point is raise your right foot up just like you did your left foot. Because your right foot was generating all the power to spin you and to generate the power for your left leg to go up and maintain it, you're then going to have to pivot off of it, jump up off of it and then do the same thing you did with your left foot. So, allow the first movement of your swing to create a spin. Allow your left foot being kicked up, allow you to create the spinning effect of a kick coming around and then make your right foot then come up just like your left foot did, like so and you have completed the butterfly kick. And that is a butterfly kick tutorial. See you guys next time.
