lag problems

when using the right click power i experience to much of a wait before it gets unleashed i believe this may be due to lag bt though to say something just in case.
also when i get an item drop the item "picture" does not appear every time meaning only the name shows.

i also have lag problems, im from europe so i guess the servers are kinda far.

I have the most problems when trying to use the arrow skill with my right click, half of the time it doesnt work, and the other half the damage pops up like 2 secs after i click.
