Many people asked about it, and they're okay with reviews, as long you clearly metion that you're talking about beta that does not represent the final product. I guess that you should just add this information that game is currently in beta stage to your review, as well as mention of kickstarter campaign in one more paragraph.
There is no NDA. And I think the "no review" policy applies more to the major sites. The game (and Kickstarter campaign) needs more visibility right now.
But I would certain add to your review that this is a beta and that there is a Kickstarter campaign to add more features.
