Hey there,

Is there likely to be a redeem code issued for the Mobage problems Today/lastnight ?  

Just wanna know if I should (redeem likely) or should not (redeem u dream!) spend hope pots catching up on lost hope today?

My understanding is that the official advice is to contact mobage for compensation, but as a PC player i have no idea how/if that works

In Blood Brothers (one of DeNAs main titles) they compensated players with an equivalent of few roods and about ten hope bottles. Very generous compensation.

Yeah I play blood brothers 2 and anytime there is an issue in arena or with network etc they compensate very handsomely for the inconvenience. Something that SH should be able to do seeing as they are shutting things down shortly.

If you put it that way, they are sure as hell not going to lol. If you need to spend more to catch up that is precisely what they want.

Seems unlike Spicy Horse to point at mobage and say get your compensation from them... /shrug/ But that is what people are saying..

Kinda sucks some people spent to get to a rank in this event and now they would need to spend twice as much just to catch back up to people who were not having connection issues...

As a PC player you won't need to contact Mobage as only the Mobile versions were offline

Did anybody have any luck contacting mobage, dena, I just got my email from them stating the usual restart phone, uninstall reinstall app, free up memory, test 3g 4g connection, usual bs.
