Odd.. I put in a ticket on Friday for the exact same reason, arena not resetting and used battle scrolls.... Have not gotten a response and my ticket status says "Awaiting assignment to a support agent"..
I know they are probably swamped with tickets over this issue, but it seems kinda odd tickets are not being responded to in the order received..
The fix is being worked on. Should be this week all going well.
So it's just a lack of HC? Some people have been sending in weirdly worded tickets like 'The arena isn't resetting'. Which makes it sound like the 10 battles aren't being given back each day.

The tournament feature has been effectively disabled. We get no daily rewards, and our scores don't reset. The 10 daily fights are resetting as normal though, and we receive victory rewards and total points reward as normal.

Still no arena fix! Really could do with a Honour coin redeem code if possible after this is sorted! losing double HC days hurts!!!!!
